International Conference on Highly Skilled Migrant Women and Leadership 2022

Here are the presentations from the first International Conference on Highly Skilled Migrant Women and Leadership hosted by De Montfort University (DMU), Leicester, UK and organised in partnership with Migrants Leadership Institute (MLI).
The conference brought together practitioners, academics, policymakers, students, supporters, and allies who are interested in sharing best practices and learning more about highly skilled migrant women; how they navigate challenges as they aspire for career upward mobility into leadership positions, their contributions to organisations, their home and host countries, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
